WHO in the WHAT

I've reinvented myself more times than I can count. Lived out of a van. Ran a recording studio. Built a clothing brand from nothing. Somewhere in there, I fell in love with live music venues — working the bar, working the floor, whatever it took to be in the room. That's what pulled me into hospitality. Not a plan. A pull.

Once I was in, I got hungry for it — the how, the why, the what. Worked my way up through Los Angeles, learning as I went, over 20 years, until I was running the rooms instead of just loving them. Luxury hotels, bars, restaurants, private clubs. VP of Operations. Multi-unit GM.

All those reinventions taught me the same thing eventually: a business runs on structure, but it survives on the people and the story underneath it.

Every business, every home, is a living thing — something that holds gatherings, rest, indulgence, work. I build the backbone that lets it actually hold. Not my aesthetic stamped on top of yours. Yours, just built stronger.

I take on a handful of projects at a time. Clear start, clear finish. I was never trying to become permanent — just to leave you better than I found you.
