Hospitality and STR operations, run right. Not run generic.
This is the work I know best — twenty-plus years of it. Every property's different. Every owner's got a different vision for what “good” looks like. So the work happens in four phases, and it starts with figuring out what you actually mean by that.
Phase 1 — Assessment Eyes on everything
Before I touch a single system, I look. At the property, the numbers, the team, the guest experience — and at you. What you meant when you started this. What it's supposed to feel like. Nothing gets built until I know what I'm building toward.
Phase 2 — Stabilization Slow and steady.
Fix what's bleeding first. This is triage — Band-Aid where Band-Aid's needed, stop the hemorrhaging before we talk about anything else. No shortcuts, no skipping to the fun part. Just getting the ground steady under your feet so there's something solid to build on.
Phase 3 — The Backbone Build it like a business.
Now we build. Financial systems, HR, training, the structure that lets this run without you standing over it every second. This is where it stops being held together by duct tape and starts running like the business it actually is.
Phase 4 — Growth Now we dream.
The backbone's in place. This is where we get to build what's next — expansion, new revenue streams, whatever “bigger” looks like for you. Not before. This phase only works because the other three actually got done.
