This is the middle ground — you're still running your event, but you're not running it alone. I'm in it with you: the planning, the pressure points, the parts that are easy to get wrong. You keep the wheel. I keep you from driving off the road.

Level 3 — The Full Hand-Off Hire me as your producer. Then chill.

Hand it to me. All of it. You walk into your own event as a Host, not staff — and you walk away with a real operating and production system built for what you run, ready to pick back up for next time. This is the level for the client who wants the magic and the machine behind it.
